End User License Agreement (EULA)

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY
This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and WisPanel for the WisPanel software product.
BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
1. Definitions
- "Software" means the WisPanel web hosting control panel software, including all updates, upgrades, and related files.
- "License" means the right to use the Software under the terms specified in this Agreement.
- "License Key" means the unique alphanumeric code provided to activate and validate your License.
- "Server" means a single physical or virtual machine where the Software is installed.
2. License Grant
2.1 License Types and Scope

One License = One Server: Each License permits installation on ONE (1) Server only. To use WisPanel on multiple servers, you must purchase additional licenses.
3. Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Copy or duplicate the Software except as expressly permitted
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, or redistribute the Software
- Transfer your License without written consent
- Bypass or disable any license protection mechanisms
- Install one License on multiple servers simultaneously
- Share your License Key with third parties
4. Updates and Support
Update Entitlement:
- Free License: Updates included for as long as the Free tier exists
- Pro Monthly/Yearly: Updates included during active subscription
- Lifetime License: Updates included for THREE (3) YEARS from purchase date
5. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
6. Limitation of Liability
Licensor's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the License in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach any term. Upon termination, all rights granted under this Agreement immediately cease.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Vietnam. In case of any discrepancy between English and Vietnamese versions, the English version shall prevail.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
