- "WisPanel" refers to the web hosting control panel software and all related services provided by us.
- "License" refers to the right to use WisPanel software under specific terms.
- "User" or "You" refers to any individual or entity using WisPanel.
- "Services" refers to the software, updates, support, and any other services we provide.

If you are not satisfied with WisPanel Pro, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are not available for:
- License renewals (only first-time purchases)
- Lifetime licenses after 30 days
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
4. Technical Support

- Engage in hacking, phishing, or other malicious activities
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
WISPANEL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for data loss, server downtime, or damages resulting from your use of the software.
8. Termination
You may terminate your license at any time. We may terminate or suspend your license immediately if you violate these Terms of Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vietnam.
